A department's assignments, attendance and official records — in one place, instead of a folder of documents nobody can find.
In use by a schoolWhat it is
Sejlat is a records system for a school department. The head of department and every teacher work from the same records, in the browser, on a phone or a laptop — there is nothing to install. Each school runs its own separate instance.
What it does for you
- Assignments that are sent, seen and answered. The head of department issues an assignment — daily duty, an exchange visit, an activity report, remote teaching, marking and review, supervising a project — and the teacher reads it and accepts it or declines it with a note. It stops living in a message thread.
- Attendance that adds itself up. Absence, lateness in minutes, and permissions, each counted against the monthly limit, totalled as the term goes rather than reconstructed at the end of it.
- The department's official records, each with its own form. The technical and administrative meeting, the daily assembly, exchange visits, activity reports, professional development, training courses, school teams and school activity.
- Every teacher sees her own. Her assignments and her own attendance — not the department's.
- Sign in from a printed badge. Scan the QR code on the card and it opens her school with her username already filled in. The password is never printed.
- Written for boys' and girls' schools. Every screen exists in both forms, not one with the other bolted on.
- Built for how a Kuwaiti school is actually organised — ministry, educational district, school, department, and the academic year with its two terms.

Schools are brought on one at a time, with their records set up before anyone signs in. Write to hello@corescode.com and we will take it from there.
